Master Concepts DBA, Premier Homes, 5Star Homes, Altura Homes Webb Family Builders Never build home in specified time and stole earnest money instead of it being in escrow. Ripoff

Premier Homes in McKinney, TX specifically in Virginia Parklands subdivision of nearby Stonebridge Ranch refuses to return our earnest money. The salesman Ed Lynch promised to have our home build by July. They took our $2000.00 that should of been in escrow and deposit our money into their Premier Homes bank account. It never went into escrow.

The contract was signed on 1/2/07. According to the contract the foundation should have been laid within six weeks. When we would go talk to him he would blame The City of McKinney Planning department stating they are holding up the permits. Out of frustration I calld the residential permit office and I was told that the original permit from October was about to expire and that they never submitted the new floor plans as we had agreed upon. Ed then blamed it on "corporate" then on Vance the contractor, who suddenly disapeared. He probably was not paid and left.

The plumping failed three times and they canceled another three times. They blamed it on the greedy City of McKinney Planning department inspectors. Finally in early May the plumping finally passed. The foundation was poured on June 8th. On June 15th we went by the lot to find the workers leaving. I was told by lead worker that they can no longer work on the home because as obvious as we saw, the plumbing was all wrong!

The toilet was under what should be the stairs and the sink and bath tub drainage was in the bedroom closet. We spoke to "corporate" and Ed Lynch. And Sloan King. They said it should be no problem it will be taken care of on June 19. Nothing has transpired since then. The workers have not been seen since either.

As of June 25 the City of McKinney red tagged several homes and ordered them to stop construction until fine and fees are paid.

If the home buyer wants to cancel the contract Webb Family Builders/Master Concepts DBA: Premier Homes will tell the home buyer to sign the Cancelation contract. But, the buyer loses all the money.

When we went by there on Sunday there were two very angry customers. Their homes are about to close, but the are not finished because they have not paid their vendors. A vendor stated he placed a lien on a home that is under construction.

I called the County DA and I was informed to file a complaint. We certainly need more assistance to get my money back. I will basically be homeless by August if I do not find a home. But, I cannot purchase another home without my money back.

This also happened in Little Elm, TX in the Sunset Point subdivision.
