I moved in my new SONCEL built homes last October. Since then I've experienced: No insulation the attic, leaking roof, busted driveway (should be 4" by law, but is 2 1/2"), circuit breakers tripping off, doors are miss matched, garbage disposal not installed, home not wired correctly, and sparks coming out of the back of light switches when turned on or off. I have several other neighbors with simular complaints. SONCEL also has problems keeping employees due to the stress that thess people take home because of the amount of compliants they receive. I would hate for anyone else to experience what I've been through. If they build homes this poorly, what are we as a community when we gain about 8,000 due to the BRAC?
