In 2006 we bought a house from Soncel. We had issues after moving in, We sent e-mails, like they wanted us to inregaurds to the problems. We had paint issues, Insulation issues, air cond. Issues. We also had a problem with them putting regular sheet rock up around garden tub. When we asked about that, they removed shower riser and stated that we was not suppose to get shower valve.
About the air cond. Problems, The company that installed it stated that they normally put airhandler in attic, but it was to costly for them to do that in our house so they took away our linen closet and placed it in there. Which now the return line is also at closet, So it pulls all the air from down stairs to upstair and that keeps upstairs hottter. The A/C comp. Did temp. Check on walls and the walls temp. Was anywhere from 80-90 degrees, do to poor insulation. We still can not get owner to talk to us. They avoid our calls or they don't return the calls...
