This is a broker of inferior furniture who fradulently advertises "Model Home" Furniture Sale in the local newspaper. They rent new homes that are being offered for resale to display some furniture.
When you arrive there you find out that the furniture in the house is not for sale. They tell you they will ship you the furniture the next day free of charge. The next day you receive a call from the operations manager who tells you it will be at least 4 weeks before you can expect your furniture.
In the meantime they have charged your credit card and you are paying interest all this time. Additionally they somehow produce a very one sided contract to the credit card company with your signature on it. This contract has every protection in the book for the merchant and none for the consumer.
This merchant never answers their phone.in fact the phone they list on their letterhead is a cell phone and is not even listed with directory assistance.
