I recently had a fence put up by this company Automatic Gates Plus. We signed a contract that stated the balance of $3840 and some cents. I received an invoice from this company for a bill of $4335.75. $495.00 is for an error they are claiming was my fault. They said that they were shown the wrong property line. There is only one property line that they had to follow. The fence was 3 feet on my neighbors property, so they moved it back onto my property and charged me for it. We were told that the property lines had to be marked before they started (which they have been). One of the workers just followed the ditch line which is only part of my property line.

They moved 33 fence posts, more than half of them didnt need moved. If they property lines are marked with the stakes, like they said had to be done, why am I being charged for their error. I have contacted this company and they send me nasty emails and dont return my phone
calls! The emails say I still owe them this money due to a customer error. I dont see how this is my error, I didnt put up the fence the company's crew put it up, but it is still my error! How is this possible? Could you please help. Thanks!
