Jerry Martin of Martinsburg WV and Tilgman Md ripped us off by accepting $24,800 deposit for custom woodworking job. He signed a contract for this job which he claimed in mediation that he never inteded to fulfill the job only rip us off and get our money to move to Tilghman from West Virginia. He fabricated one cabinet door and left our antique wood materials in his backyard to rot. We obtained judgement in Talbot County MD only to have him file bankruptcy when we tried to collect.
