Theft of Pet Deposit

In 2004 I made a $300.00 pet deposit with Jerry Adams Manager for
Bridgeport Manor which is one of the properties of Nationa Church Residences
out of Columbus, Ohio. This was security for any damage my shih tzu dog
might do to my apartment. The manager Jerry Adams got mad at me for
reporting the appauling conditions in the building and made a personal vendeta
agains me and told me I had to move. I moved on Dec. 10 and was
never to see my pet deposit again. O filed with National Church Residences
in Columbus to get my Pet Deposit plus Interest returned. I was sent a statement from Jerry Adams stating he had to do this and that nothing to do with pet and no receipts for anything he stated. I have witnesses with the
State Department of Family services that moved me who saw the apartment
and the hate and underhandedness of Jerry Adams toward me. The fair Housing as well as HUD state that after a certain time there is normal wear
and tear. I lived at Bridgeport Manor 4 years and 6 mos.
I want my pet deposit with interest returned.
