I ordered flooring from hardwoodflooringusa.com back in summer of 2004. On or around August 22 I got the flooring.
About 10% of the shipment had mill defects in finish. I contacted www.hardwoodflooringusa.com and they asked me to fill out a claim form - which I did and faxed it them on August 24. Several times I tried to find out what is going on - but all I got was "shut up and wait" kind of responce. Now, 6 months later, it turned out that need me to fax them same form AGAIN - they lost it... I am ready to take a legal action - if somebody could give me a piece of advise on that, I would greatly appreciate it.
