We bought a new built home from this guy and have had numerous of problems with electrical, water damage, and other things. Have been trying for almost 5 months to get in contact with him and have had no response. Even the Real Estate person that sold us the home has contacted him and informed him that he needed to contact us and still have had no response. Today he is still building homes like this one and making a tremendous amount of money, and taking long vacations and buying new things at others expense. Anyone thinking about buying a home from this guy should think long and hard before doing so, because if problems occur later, good luck trying to get in contact with him.
