I ordered and paid for an item that Potpourri never delivered. The order was placed on 12/3 and I received an email saying that it had been sent via Fed Ex Smart Post. The package never arrived and a call to Fed Ex confirmed that Potpourri had never sent the package to Fed Ex for delivery.
I have placed 5 calls and sent 2 emails to Potpourri Gift; and they tell me that my order is complete. This is theft pure and simple. I have paid for a product I never received.
