On 12/20/06 I ordered several Item from 8ball. (via ebay) My Shipping was consolidated, And I payed immediately with paypal. On 12/21/06 I received a email from 8 ball stating my order has been shipped, And a received a USPS tracking # (I can post on request) This made me very happy since 8 ball is in Hicksville (About 5 miles from where I live. Also some of my order where Xmas gifts, So I thought I had a pretty good chance of getting my items
B4 Xmas.
Christmas came and went... Still nothing from 8ball? After many unanswered emails (Where I offered to pick my order up if possible?) Lori finally replied back that someone? Would drop my order off at my house on 01/08/07. Waited a week, sent more emails but nothing? So I opened a paypal resolution claim on 8 ball.
Still no response from them? 8BALL, You have my money! Either get my order to me or give me a full refund. Whats the problem?
