The corrupt City of Naperville permit scammers are ridiculous. 14 days to get a permit to a certified electrician I hired is asinine. A simple panel upgrade permit to remove an old recalled panel should not take 14 days. Then the rude lady told me the electrician wasn't registered through Naperville and he sent me proof he was. The City of Naperville is the worst to deal with. Naperville does not give any means to electronically make a complaint that I could find other than calling them, unless of course I was one of those anti police people, then you can make an electronic complaint of course. Calls usually go nowhere.
