River Front promised us to change oil for free. So in order to get the deal, that is why the sales guy of Bill Kay Chrysler Naperville keep promised the deal. Because Bill Kay Chrysler Naperville is close to our home, so we decided to buy the VAN from Bill Kay Chrysler Naperville, but a year later after I found out they said they dont have that kind of service for customer. They only have 3 free oil change for the first time, and then we have to pay 3, and then get 1 free.By talking to sale manager, and general manager, doesnt help.
Lesson learned, for these type of oral agreement, better to let the dealer to write down before buy the car. Again, I also search the name Bill Kay, it has similar cases against different dealer own by the same owners...
