Walter Kanyers does not pay his SUB CONTRACTORS

Walter Kanyer does not pay his sub contractors. This man has been in business for many years as Serv star. Florida services of Tampa and now just open a restaurant by the name of TWISTED ROOSTER, he had the sub contractors put in drywall, paint and tile and we don't know how many other vendors. We still haven't received pay. He threatens he won't pay if we take legal action. Take caution this man says he will pay cash and you end up working for Free. I couldn't give my children a decent Christmas waiting on a check from him that never came.
