Sears Charged us $13,000 with countertops to reface our small kitchen. Thout confirming with us making it difficult to get the job started. The work appeared good and we signed off as satisfied. Within a short period of time two of the cabinet doors started to come off. One cabinet didn't have enough screws to hold the door in place and nearly hit m in the head. Multiple calls were placed to customer service to get the job completed correctly. They put us off, were rude and didn't seem to understand the problem. This was in 9/12 and we wanted them to honor the warranty. So far they have not. I would never use Sears for a home project again. I hesitate to even buy merchandise from them because of the poor service. Very unhappy with the people in customer service. Worst I have ever dealt with and I am a pretty easy going person but after calling and explaining and still not having someone come out here I wouldn't recommend them. M & J Pike Rome NY
