In the early morning hours of Oct 12th, we woke up a 5 am to find water coming in on one side of our home; our area had between 8 to 12 inches in a short time. After my wife and I battled the incoming water I called ServicePro, entered our zip code and was told a technician would call us back. I then received 4 text msgs with the instructions to call this same number and leave a msg that I would get a call back. That was 10 days ago, still no call back... What great service!
