Terrible After Care, Snooty Service

My boyfriend bought my engagement ring from 365 and I was thrilled. He was very happy with all the advice and help he had been given when buying the ring. He knew it would be too big for my finger so I sent it back to be resized and it was returned within the week. It was still too big (my bad measuring) and then, to my horror, I noticed I had lost a diamond from around the main stone! Sent it back with a pleasant email asking if they could tell me when it would be returned as we were going on holiday. Rachel, who my fiancé had dealt with before, said 3-5 working days. Sent on the Monday, presumed back for Friday/Monday, we were going away on the Wednesday. I sent 2 further emails asking how it was going and, so it would be back in time, could I collect it rather than rely on the Post Office. Didn't get a reply until Monday to say it would be sent after 1pm Tuesday. So wouldn't get it back for my holiday. I replied to say this wasn't good enough as I had clearly stated I needed it back for the Wednesday, otherwise it would sit in the Post Office Depot. Rachel replied to say they didn't have a shop so I couldn't collect it (dodgy!) and didn't reply at all when I suggested I would pay for a courier!!! Definitely will not be using them for the wedding rings. Bad service in a service industry simply isn't on in my books. Avoid
