My boyfriend recently purchased my engagement ring from this site and I have nothing but praise.
We initially looked at high street jewellers for a ring but found that you don't get much for your money and thousands of other people have the same ring as you.
I found exactly what I wanted on 365-diamond.com but I was nervous about buying over the internet. My boyfriend rang them and the girl he spoke to was very helpful.
We had already established what size I needed so we ordered online, although we did have to call the next day as HSBC decided to decline his credit card (it was not within his 'normal spending pattern'. Good, I am glad he is not buying engagement rings every day!).
We were told to expect the ring in 7-10 working days. 4 working days later they emailed my boyfriend to let him know it was being posted that day.
I could not have asked for better service. The ring is beautiful, I have had many comments on how sparkly and lovely it is. It came with the diamond certificate and a valuation for insurance, however for peace of mind I took it to be value myself. They confirm ed that the certificate matches the diamond in the ring and valued it at £3000 when we paid £1500. I will certainly be back for the wedding rings.
