Refuses to Honor Extended Service, Claims "Never got paperwork from Dealer"

On 5/26/06 we purchased an extended warranty on our Kia with First Extended Service Corp of Dallas, TX, for $2000 to cover Basic and Power Train Coverage for 36 months or 36,000 miles. Kia of the Valley assured us that it would be honored at any Kia dealer. Now Kia of the Valley has "gone out of business" and the only remaining Kia dealer in Simi Valley states there is no record of this warranty.

We have followed up with First Extended Service Corp. And they say Kia of the Valley never sent them the paperwork. Because Kia of the Valley has gone out of business, we have no way to verify which of them has stolen our money. We have contacted Kia Corp. And they refuse to assist in any way.
