Manager "LIED"
1) Had Civil war relic "MISSING" from my bedroom. Reported it to manager same day. "NEVER" got back to me. I called 2 months later, again "NEVER" got back to me!
2) "DID NOT" move the furniture like manager told me. They shampooed around, sofa, bed, dresser, TV, etc. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc.!!
3) "DID NOT" power wash house which the were "PAID" to do!
4) I called & questioned why they "DID NOT" power wash house. Manager "CONVIENTALLY" forgot about doing that! But he would send invoice with adjustment for "NOT" doing the power washing.
5) Sent me a bill for "FULL" amount of the deductible!
6) Was PAID over $12,800.00 and was even so "CHEAP" & "MONEY HUNGRY", that they sent me a self addressed enevlope to mail in the "FULL" amont of the deductible (for my convience)! But the CHEAP ASS BS didn't even put a postage stamp on the envelope!
