Front brakes took 6 hiurs - Firestone - lovers lane, Dallas, tx

I made an appt at 10:00 am took get my brakes and tires inspected. I had to call them after 12pm - needed new front brakes. That was at 1:00. At 3:39, I still don't have my car.
