Ripoff Incorrect service supplied and charged with no refund or proration

Althoff charged for parts and labor to repair heating unit. After two weeks the unit failed. When Althoff was called out again, they deemed that the unit can no longer be repaired. Yet, they still kept their initial charge for parts and labor that they deemed two weeks later is no longer repairable.
