It turns out that BestBuy delivered to the wrong address (in Florida) and after speaking with two people at chat, they assured me it would be delivered to the correct address (NYC). Only today (05/24) BestBuy informed me that they can not solve this case or refund my money! I am going to return to Brazil next saturday (05/25).
Bring a bad experience and I expect to recover my money or BestByu take responsibility for their mistakes and send me, even here in Brazil, my products, and pay the shipping charges and taxes.
