3 techs scheduled to appear. 1 showed. The other 2 never bothered to call to cancel

This is hands down the worst customer service in the country.

3 repair tech were supposed to come by between 1 and 5.

1 showed up. The other 2 didn't even bother to call.

We know they had our number because we called Sear FOUR TIMES to make sure they had the right number and to ask where they were. Somewhere around 830 after our final call, the half asleep customer service rep let the words, "Ok sir ok we need to, ok, sir, we need to reschedule for you to have a new visit again, " dribble out of her amoeboid mouth. My wife and I were both supposed to be working but took shifts staying home waiting for these yutzes. We both wound up losing most of a day of work (and pay) thanks to this. Now we have to coordinate for 2 more days of "visits" from the Time Wizards of Sears.

We're also looking into taking Sears to Small Claims Court to get our days' wages back. A pain in the ass, but maybe it's worth it just to force them to waste THEIRuyiiiiyth time.

Here's a tip, Sears: Tell your techs to CALL the phone number of the customer they're bailing on.
