Defective Merchandise and wont honor the warranty

Very simple. I purchased a Conference Table and Chairs for my office. After one of the chairs fell apart, they inform me that its not under warranty. So beware of what their bullshitters say. We also purchased a

Bedroom set, they broke that when delivering and its never been right either so, the showroom looks nice

And its all fun and games until you need something.
