About a year ago I took over payments from an uncle that owned a OakWood Acceptance Home. And my payments were not always on time I also relocated the mobile home and had permission to do that. Well about 3 months that i moved the home.
I was getting calls just about every month on when to make the payments. Then I was behind like a month and the company threatened to press charges on me for stealing the mobile home. Supposely I had no permission to move the mobile home.
My motive to the Company was if I stold the mobile home why would I be making payments on the home.
A Rep by the name of Samantha Cruz also threated to to kick me out of the home and gave personal information to my employees that I had 24 hrs to leave the house. Witch was not professional at all. So I was up to my head already in dealling with these people I decide to give up and surrender the house they gave me 24 hrs to move out and they gave me a set time and date to when they are going to pick up the home.
Will I sit here today about 6 months later and the home is still sitting in my property. With a word just about once from the company that they will pick up the home. I am being charge property taxes for the house sitting in my property. I need to see if there is any lawyer out there to help me with this matter ASAP.
