Well about 5 years ago we had made a down payment on a mobile home from the Oakwood Mobile Homes Inc Reno Nevada. A few days after we had to sign some papers in Mobile, he had come by our home for me to sign some more papers.
Well my step-daddy wasn't home to sign some more papers we had to go through a special people through Oakwood they said what it was is there company witch is called Oakwood acceptance corporation. The first week we moved in to the house The day the water was turned on the water heater blow up we still have the house we are trying are best to work on this house the drains in the two bathrooms in the tub and the shower take eternity to drain. The back door pops when you close.
The people don't give a dam about anyone. Numerous nails and gashes in the exterior and the countertops are all warped. The carpet is ripping the microwave does not work the handle on is broken. The dishwasher doesn't work at all. The dry can hardly run when we moved in to the house the car port fell down. Some of the painting was not done in and out.
We kept on the person from oak wood what I was told it was a sunrise dream home and that the way it came and they had the same house on the lot and it was painted when they hook up the house the hooked it up to the sprinkles system. This house is not worth 70,000 dollars they want more and more and more. Oakwood's houses are not worth it. The one thing we had to do to get are money back on the books was to go bankrupt they put the money into a block fund.
They don't know how to pay property taxes they told us that they would pay them instead of that we get a later on my door for a seizure notice we would of lost are house If I did go down to pay the taxes. We had NO hot water at all! And only cold water to the home. A repairman came to my house once and just kept making up excuses. The windows are not the right type of windows. The house payment went up from 392.49 to 512.50. We were told to get a hotel room when we got to the hotel there was no rooms.
So we went to friends house for two nights then we went to a hotel for four weeks Intel my house was moved to the land but the person from oak wood told us to give my landlord notice and we did they made us homeless for 2 moths The people from Oakwood Acceptance Corporation keeps calling us and harassing us to make the payments we told Karen malance and Charles from mesa Az they both told me that I had 72 hours to get out of the house. Then Karen told my 19 year sister that is a B*CH she keep calling are house and says that me would have to move no matter what happens she told me. Than she trays to forclose on the house she has tried it like 9 times every moth.
Hat I have told her she can have the house she kept saying that she can take it what I tell he is you would have to go through Nevada laws to get me and my family out of the house. This is on our credit showing we were late every month when we always paid on time!!!
