Horrible, There was a flood emergency at the house next door. ServPro arrived to take care of the water. For some reason (later i figured why) they parked they truck in front of mine.
My house was shaking! I couldn't hear my thoughts. I thought it will be done in few minutes and they will turn it off. They didn't. After 45 min unbearable noise from the truck and the running compressors. I went out to ask them why they parked in front of my house not the one where the damage is. The guy who came out to talk to me was on the phone and said "one min" raising his hand up. I waited 5 and he was still on the phone. I stopped him and said: - you need to take a brake I came here to ask why did you park in front of my house.
Hes response was "I'm on the phone with my boss and this is important" - I told him i have 12-months old inside, she is sick and after feeling really bad just started falling asleep, I was trying to catch up with some work and the truck was literally parked with opened side door and compressor facing my office window. The guy called another guy who was also on the phone (BTW - thats why they didnt want to park in front of the house where they were "working" - they wouldnt be able to be on the phone.) the guy came out and moved the truck 4 feet further towards the other house but still being about 20 from it. Turn the compressors and the truck again (lauder than previously) got back on the phone and went inside. They spoke with me like criminals they were so hostile and offensive that honestly i was even afraid of calling the police. - I hope I will never face this type of emergency but if yes I will stay away from that company - I would never let these guys in my house.
