Ordered a $100 gift certificate for my sister & brother in-law for Christmas. I placed my order on December 17th, and it shouldn't take a week or more for a letter to pass through the mail. New Jersey to New Hampshie, come on really?
So, I've called their # 4-5 times. First you get a message saying they're experiencing higher than normal call volumes, and it will drop your call. I tried entering a department extension # only to get put on hold, then the call will drop me.
Emailing they're help/customer service does no good either, they won't respond to you. Maybe you'll feel better after writing them & giving them a piece of your mind.
So, buyers beware! They will send you a confirmation email that they took your money and nothing more.
Maybe I should take a drive to NJ.
