Well, this is no way to start out the New Year... Got a call from Kane's today. History: Called them over a year ago to tell them about the wear on our Leather loveseat & couch. At that time the warranty was in effect. BUT they said that we had to call them within a week, not after a week of the initial wear. I filed a complaint BBB & Consumer Affairs. They Finally came out to inspect. Got a call today that in Feb. 2012 our warranty had expired. They always have some kind of scam. So we are stuck with their piece of S*t furniture that looks like it is 50 years old. Buyer Beware—Kane's Furniture will rip you off. They do not respond to phone calls. When they do they come up with an excuse why they won't honor their warranty. DO NOT buy at Kane's.
