Purchased a leather couch and love seat about 2-3 years ago. We even paid extra for leather conditioning supplies, etc. We were told that there was a lifetime guarantee. Just like their commercials. When you call them to get it repaired (wear on the arms)—they said that they cannot (more like WON'T) come out to repair it. Every time I see the commercial I get more and more angry about their so-called "Guarantee". The only guarantee is that they don't guarantee nothing they sell. I will NEVER go into another Kane's furniture again.
