My son and I recently became new rental property owners; we noticed that the basement had flooded. We didn’t really know exactly what we should do about this so we called HomeServ to come and take a look at the damage and see the extent of it. We needed to make sure this was taken care of before we put the apartment up for rent as to not drive away potential renters. When they came to clean up the damage they explained everything they were doing so that we had a clear understanding of what was essential to remediate the issue and how it would be done. Although I hope to not need them again, they will be the first number I call if we have more water damage.
