I put an order on which I believed was a toilet tank handle but was really alternative addresses to get a 8" spread tap. Obviously, it was my error and so I delivered the item. Despite the fact that the container was unopened they nevertheless ask you for a restocking charge. The Business's plan was to request an RMA tag and return the item within thirty days and so I did equally. I delivered the bundle back again to the organization via USPS Priority Mail. The bundle never appeared and credit was never provided. The organization never stated delivering it having a following number or with any insurance. The organization keeps showing me to obtain within the contact using the US Postal Service so when I did so they've no method of informing me wherever the bundle is. It has been per month today and that I am quit without any additional option than to get hold of my charge card organization to combat the costs for product I don't have. Avoid the corporation!
