Hello.
I signed up for a trial membership and am now stuck with a monthly bill for a "subscription" for monthly tech services but I have no way of contacting your company. The phone numbers I've tried are only answering machines; no real people ever come on the line. The monthly billing emails I receive cannot be returned because they are a 'noreply' email. There is no contact information on your website other than a no-response phone number. How would you ever expect to provide me with tech support when you are not reachable? But yet, I receive a monthly billing! Not Fair.
