Been trying to dial North Dakota numbers from South Dakota... A voice message says I need "conference call" and suggests I pay money to add conference time to my account.
Can call the very same North Dakota numbers with my cell phone and it goes through fine (but uses up my cell phone minutes).
Been an ongoing problem for over a week now...
