I have lost at least 20 hours of my life on the phone trying to get sprint to fix my consistently overcharged bills. The last straw was them charging me more than a regular month's bill when i went out of town. I was advised by a sprint rep to put my plan on a seasonal plan for both my phone and internet card. I was to be charged $10 per line. Because it was a couple of days less than a month, they charged me a whole month of regular service and the seasonal $10 per line. I am now going to pay over $200 just to get away from this evil company. Beware, the nice phone is NOT WORTH IT.
