I delivered three printing cartridges that I was requested for by their sales person... It ended up these were for that product range that was incorrect. They explained those i required might charge $39 bucks more after I delivered the tubes. I gave my charge card data to them. They delivered the tubes towards the previous address, subsequently attempted to possess me contact fedex to obtain the tubes back despite me providing them with my address. Fedex needed inkgrabber to achieve that, therefore inkgrabber delivered mean email saying that fedex couldn't get the tubes and so I was from fortune, per week later. It has cost me $250 plus they WOn't correct their error. Because they have terrible customer support I'd never conduct business together.
