On 07/21/06 obtained two tubes for an HP printer, I requested ink cartridges for Dell 720 Printer, that was their quantity Dell TO529 and Dell TO530. I named customer support and was informed that proper tubes could be delivered in my experience 24 hours later. On 08/05/06 I delivered the incorrect tubes via shipped, pursuing their return guidelines. Never recd an answer I named daily until 08/25/06 where period Christina in Customer Support informed me the proper tubes might again be delivered in my experience. I ultimately documented this company towards the Florida Better Agency and discovered at that their were several grievances for the corporation. Nowadays is 10/04/07 and that I haven't obtained tubes or a return. After finding this website, I simply thought I'd to lead my tale.
