Magicjack blows! - MajicJack

I have been a Magicjack customer for nearly 5 years. I bought it the first I heard of it back in late 2007. When we bought it, it worked great and you were able to call them for actual help.

We had it about two years and were happy. We then saw the 5 year renewal deal which we thought was great. We bought that extension. Big mistake. Shortly afterwards problem after problem.

First we had to start disconnecting and then reconnecting every week or so to get it to turn on. Then it started to do it about every few days then daily. Then it started bogging down our PC system.

We then thought maybe if we bought the "Plus" model, it would not have to run on the computer and it would not muck up the PC. We bought that early Dec and things improved off the bat for 30 days.

Day 31 the system started to behave crazy. No calls in at all. Constant resetting and setting the device. It’s like they make sure you get what you pay for during the trial, then put you off the good train when the trial ends.

I think they are a tech Ponzi scheme. Because their infrastructure no longer supports their entire customer base, and they do not want to pay to enlarge their infrastructure.

So they make sure the new customers are on it the good part and that all goes well for them, and they move the ones past the trial period off the grid so to speak.

At least that is how I see it.in the end this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my near 50 years of life. They are a fraud. They have no phone numbers to call anymore. They turn you around in circles on every "Chat Support" session that you initiate. They just suck and need a big hard punch to the face.
