Our Chiro8000 program is 1 year old and we're experiencing a DataReader Error. We cannot enter a new patient. After a call -repeated calls - to customer service we're told that we need to either buy an expensive Help Desk package or (and Rep's have all recommended this option) purchase their brand new upgrade.in another fantastic coincidence, we received a coupon in the mail that offers a break on upgrades! Weird.in my opinion, this is extortion. Please research Forte's Chiro8000 on the web with keywords such as "datareader error, " or "scam." I'm NOT buying the upgrade because as soon as a new version comes out we'll suddenly have another problem. I guess we really didn't own this software after all.
