After twelve months, my SONY VAIO VGN Ar52OE notebook quit operating and also the handles both smashed. All under regular use... If you don't contemplate starting and shutting the 17-inch monitor misuse. Sony will not repair it and it has cited a cost of $700 to repair my $1600 pc that we bought only over this past year. It's unuseable. SONY must get this to right.
