I purchased this product (Dragon naturally speaking11.5 premium) Dec. 2011. It is now Mar 3, i encountered a run time error that won't allow the program to open. I finally, after weeks of no real support from Nuance, took it to a computer tech. He informed me that everyone with that product is on the internet looking for the soluction to that problem. Now Nuance knows about the problem and let me go on and on for weeks. This product should not be allowed to continue to bilk and milk consumers. I would like my money back.
