This was a premium product, nuance's, dragon naturally; the product when used said my speech level was good, but then a few minutes later it did not register my voice, said my microphone was not picking up (though it was the mike that came with the set!). At lst it worked, then it said it didn't. Their tech people never got back to us on the matter.
As far as i'm concerned, dragon speaking naturally is a lousy, non-working, non-responsive company. Sorry to say this, but i had hoped it would be a good addition to my work, but this has not been the case.
