14 phone calls on a product sold out before the first call

What sh*t bags! I requested a notebook that confirmed 2 in-stock yesterday. I paid instantly and also have never had difficulty with my charge card from every other organization. The very first telephone call was 3 times after I created the cost to inform me they had a need to confirm my handle. The 2nd ask time 5 was to confirm my charge card info. Today 14 calls later confirming data with didn't contain calling my charge card to ensure it had been permitted thru... They tell me they've no idea what Im referring to since the notebook was sold-out yesterday. They are able to maintain my $500 cost for 4-6 months till it becomes available again to ship. No apologies, the individual accountable for my situation has gone out to lunchtime, died or simply does not provide a traveling sh*t

I used-to like ecost... Ive just bought 3 products previously. One of these was a tough drive that died 3 moths later. I thought I should have accomplished something amiss but after studying these grievances I believe they cheesed me out-of losing my period to get a week along with a large amount of invaluable information.

I really hope the man who teaches these useless CS representatives gets whats visiting him/her.
