Till nowadays nobody from eCost has approached me or deliver me-any mail regarding this issue.
I did so talk to 2 consumer representative. On Feb. 5th, and equally replied that the boss may contact me.
I asked both representatives. To please make records within their program, plus they responded they did create the required notations.in whatever way didn't obtained any bundle and didn't obtain any mail or any telephone call.

I named ecost and spoke with Frank the client representative. He was excellent and ethical but couldn't solve the situation or problem. He attempted to locate a boss to assist me, but no-where found (exactly what a shock).in whatever way he created even more records within the pc and Frank stated somebody will-call me tomorrow (2-13). I'm maintain everything mix but in the same period possibly contact the client assistance to solve this problem.By utilizing google checkout I believed google can help me. Reconsider. Buyer beware.
