I sent them a Dell XPS M1710 that I had already considered as a piece of junk (Video Card was busted). They did a fantastic job for a pretty reasonable cost (Dell's quote was almost 3 times more expensive).
Service was super responsive as well. The repair took a little longer than expected because they were busy but I'm extremely happy with how my computer is behaving.
I would definitely recommend them especially for those hard cases.
