The UPS driver hit my car and damaged the taillight and bumper. We filed a claim with customer service, sent them photographs with the tracking number of the package he delivered. Now they are saying its impossible for their driver to hit my car (I didn't tell them where it was parked) and that the dark brown in the photo isn't their color! They will not return emails or let me speak to anyone besides CSRs who have no authority to resolve this issue. I understand accidents happen, but they have insurance on their drivers and they need to pay to fix my car.
