I recently bought a "restored" notebook from Newegg. It had been a stockphoto, and also the explanation involved the most recent OS, and so I was set for a surprise after I popped the container and discovered a scratched-up pummelled notebook which was actually more than the main one I had been attempting to substitute. Additionally, it requires a fresh battery and occasionally it wont seriously, or it moves down instantly, even if itis blocked in.

I approached customer support at Newegg about returning it. They stated I ought to go to Apple and also have it fixed. They're responsible of bogus marketing of the items after which not standing behind the things they market.

I'll never buy something from Newegg again, and that I may inform everybody I understand concerning the trash they offered me for $900. When they wont provide me my money-back they aren't any much better than a typical con artist.
