AVG has outsources technical help to Philipines - they just read script

Ever tried to call for technical support from AVG? Wel, you won't get any. Theyu out source to an answering service in the Philipines to a bunch of idiots who read from scripts and have no experience. Then they try to avert you to one of their partnering companies to have you computer fixed, for a fee of course.

I'm upset because I purchased their anti-virus software only to get a virus and they refuse to do anything about it. Read the chat session below. Nomer Flores was both rude and admitted he justs reads the scripts given to him.

Way to go AVG.

BTW there are several HQ in the USA, MA, FL and CA. File with the BBB and State Attorney General's office in their state if you can not get any response.

Nomer Flores: Once it is already hidden itself, no product can detect it unless a highly trained infection remover expert manipulates the program. You: and i would like your manager to call me
