I purchased a sharp aquos 60" tv 0n 9/4/10. Now it is on its second time for repair. The first time it took one month to get fixed, a week later it broke again, it is on the schedule for dec. 6TH for repairs. My wife and feel that a month or more for a repair is excessive. We decided to call our local store to see if we could find a faster way to get it repaired or get a new one. The first time i called we were told the corp. Office would call within 48 hours well that never happened. Then we called again and the store manager told my wife "it's not my problem call my lawyer", How is that for customer satisfaction!!!
